Design And Customize LLC is a team of designers and packaging specialists on a mission to build better brands. We work with companies of all sizes to produce custom-branded graphics, animation, product packaging, stickers, and other custom merchandise.
As the Sales Consultant for the Graphic Design Department, your primary objective is to provide a quality customer service experience for our clients from concept to final product creation. Our ideal candidate is someone with high-quality standards, attention to detail, good attendance, and a positive attitude.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries during in-person consultations, online communication, or phone call consultations.
- Provide professional graphic design guidance for customers that take into account the image quality and file formats required for the final product.
- Generate estimates and invoices based on client order specifications.
- Collect deposit and balance payments for orders using the Square POS system and Square Invoicing software.
- Create project briefs for graphic design, illustration, and animation teams.
- Resize and reformat provided digital files for print.
- Provide after-sale support to customers including information on new products and services.
- Communicate with design, production, and shipping teams regarding the status of orders, customer requests, and other applicable information.
- Use internal task management software to track and maintain data for each order.
- Related duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat required.
- Proficiency in Procreate, Adobe Draw, and or other similar programs is a plus.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments.
- Must be detail-oriented, possess strong follow-up skills, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, time-management skills, and the ability to handle high work volume in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the printing service industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in packaging design is a plus.
- Sales experience is a plus.
Job Details:
- Full-Time.
- Starting Pay: $20/hour.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Start Date: Flexible.
- Location: 320 Beach Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. Must be able to work in the office
