Position Overview: As an Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential customers and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound inquiries, proactively reaching out to leads, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of motivation, and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and effectively addressing customer needs.
  • Proactively reach out to leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor sales pitches to showcase the value of our transportation and supply chain solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their ongoing needs and providing timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and real progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth and successful customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and identify new sales opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Fluency in American English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in inbound/outbound sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a constantly evolving sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus, but not required.
