Job description
Position Summary:Our sales managers are responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, and managing a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand.

- Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
- Sell memberships and retail
- Retain and increase client participation
- Submit accurate and timely reports
- Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
- As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
