PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Manage the sales coordination team to ensure that the processing of transactions is handled in a consistent and structured manner. This includes training, developing and supporting the sales coordination team on a daily basis as they support the outside sales team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Coordination Supervisor:
  • Monitors all sales coordinator activity levels. Redistribute work or assume work as required to keep the sales coordination process moving forward
  • Provides a liaison relationship/feedback/follow-up between sales representatives, sales coordinators and vendors for machine attachments, modifications, marketing information.
  • Assist sales representatives with machine pricing in absence of supervisor
  • Calculates and administers the sales representatives commission program insuring accuracy and completeness, then submits for approval and payment
  • Review invoicing for accuracy
  • Review inventory monthly to maximize invoicing and inventory turns
  • Coordinates necessary credit approval, terms and financial merchandising on machine sales agreements
Machine Coordination:
  • Orders machines to proper configurations from sales agreement for inventory list directions
  • Monitors machine delivery schedules and makes changes as necessary
  • Coordinates equipment delivery with inside and outside haulers
  • Schedules machine modifications/repairs/preparations with shop group leaders
  • Locates and secure equipment from other dealers when necessary
Planning/Monitoring

  • Reviews machine orders for accuracy and insures acceptable profit levels and terms.
  • Manages departmental accounting functions including billing, inventory account reconciliation, filing, crediting and pricing assistance requests
  • Manages marketing program reimbursements
  • Manages the purchase order logs, purchase order receipts and purchase order adjustments
  • Ensures effective communication with the sales representatives and the sales managers
Group Leadership

  • Provides daily and long-term leadership for the direct report associates to include but not be limited to the following activities:
  • Recruiting/Hiring
  • Coaching/Supporting
  • Conducting Performance Reviews
  • Training and Developing
  • Counseling and Disciplining
  • Dismissing
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:
Education: High school graduate with 6 years direct sales administration work experience, or college graduate (Business Admin. or Accounting degree) with at least 4 years sales administration experience with at least two years supervisory or lead role experience

Physical: Must be able to sit for extended periods. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Other: Must be PC literate, intermediate level, with spreadsheet and word processing, preferably in Excel and MS-Word
