Sales Department – Branchburg NJ

Days: Monday-Friday – 5-Day Work Week

*NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!!!*

Job Summary

• Consistent Schedule – Monday thru Friday (normal business hours)
• First year income = $48,000 - $56,000

Job Responsibilities

• Merchandiser duties (75% of the position):Work with existing customer base to help drive sales and ensure great customer service

Basic freezer maintenance and repairs to be completed as needed
Help to install and remove Hershey owned freezers at customer’s locations

• Relief Route Driver duties (25% of the position):Relieve route driver as needed (cover sick days, vacation days, etc)

Unload, stock, and rotate products at retail customers
Drop off and verify deliveries at corporate/foodservice customers
Collect and Deposit client payments
Complete Driver Safety Training – Drive and Operate delivery vehicles safely and courteously

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum age: 21 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Willingness to work routes as needed, including 10-12 hour days
