About Our Robot Operator Opportunity:

As a Robot Operator you will be expected to become familiar with all aspects of our production process, including our proprietary equipment, materials, software and processes. The ability to communicate and stick to timelines will be essential to finding success in this position as you will be relied upon to maximize machine output and streamline the workflow of this aspect of our digital fabrication manufacturing process.

You will have the opportunity to learn our proprietary process, contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and coordinate the movement of products through our manufacturing facility.

Some of the Things You Will Do as a Robot Operator:

• Proactively participate in daily meetings to understand daily production goals and Robotics Arm operation workflow to meet daily production schedules.
• Operate and maintain a 7-axis robotics arm (Comau).
• Maintain safe and efficient robotics machine operation and proactively communicate any needs or issues to key stakeholders across departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment consistent with 5S practices.

What We’re Looking For in a Robot Operator:

• 3+ years experience operating and maintaining a multi-axis Robotic Arm or similar CNC Machinery in a fast-paced industrial production or manufacturing environment.
• Team-orientation with strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy with the ability to maintain proprietary file structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
