Now hiring a RN Supervisor for WEEKENDS! - Day Shift
RN Supervisor Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage the nursing care for all residents during your shift
- Delegate the shift's tasks to nurses and coordinate with physicians who might need assistance
- Recognize changes in residents' condition and respond appropriately
- Supervise nursing aides as they complete their assigned tasks and point out any changes or improvements that need to be made
- Detect any issues that could result in injuries or other difficulties for residents or staff members
- Inform physicians of any changes in residents' progress, condition or medicinal needs
- Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements
- Protect our values by keeping patient information confidential
