12 hour shifts!

Granite Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC is looking for RN Registered Nurse to carry out their mission to provide loving excellence in senior care.

As an RN you will:

• Provide direct patient care ensure residents receive outstanding care
• Oversight of CNA's
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Represent Granite Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in a positive manner

• Possess a current RN license
