RN-Med/Surg 7B (New Grads Are Welcomed!)
Job description
MHealth Fairview Health Services is looking for an RN to join the Med/Surg team on 7B! This position is 0.75 FTE (60 hours per two weeks), 12 hour shifts on the NIGHT shift with an every third weekend rotation.

The University of Minnesota Medical Center (UMMC) represents an integrated academic health care system and is comprised of two hospitals and dozens of adult specialty clinics on located on both the East and West banks of the UMMC campus in Minneapolis. It is the flagship facility of Fairview providing breakthrough medicine and redefining the health of our community.
- Adult patients with complex medical/surgical conditions which require close observation, monitoring and interventions, teaching and discharge planning. Some conditions include: Adult CF, Bariatric Surgery, GI surgery, thoracic surgery, urology, trauma and general medicine.
- Bed Capacity: 30
- Cares for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures/interventions on the unit and performs advanced monitoring using current technology.
- Manages complex medication and infusion therapies.
Required:
- MN RN License
- BLS required
- Associates Degree
Preferred:
- BSN or higher preferred
- Certification in related specialty
- One year of current medical/surgical RN experience in a hospital setting is desired
