ABOUT US:

Royal Health Group is a family-owned business dedicated to providing the highest standards of personal care for our residents in our nursing facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct the nursing assistants to ensure quality care is always provided.

Perform routine charting duties and documentation procedures.

Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and providers.

Meet with staff in planning shifts services and programs.

Administer medications as ordered by the physician.

Complete assessments, care plans, treatments, etc.

Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

New graduates welcome to apply.

Must hold a current nursing license for the state of Massachusetts.

Ability to assess and diagnose health care needs of residents.

Ability to communicate plans to all care providers.

Prior long-term care experience is preferred, not required.

Knowledge and ability to assess the effects of medications and treatments and monitor these effects to provide appropriate feedback to the interdisciplinary team and medical managers.

Knowledge of resident rights and ability to apply this knowledge to protect and treat residents, staff, and community.
