You’ll have the opportunity to play a full part in the delivery of major scheme events and have the freedom to develop and deliver improvements to the services that we provide, in line with our Continuous Improvement and PASA Gold Standard frameworks.

You’ll also own your own development and have the freedom to plan your own workload to meet our service standards.

About You

We’re looking for a brilliant and flexible team player who has deep experience of delivering a professional, member focused service – in either (or both) DB and DC pension schemes, ideally with a professional pensions qualification – and who thrives on a challenge.

If you are educated to at least A level standard, with strong English language and Maths at GCSE (grades C to A*), have excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills, together with great people skills and the enthusiasm, drive and experience that we’re looking for, then this could be the opportunity for you – and we want to meet you.
