about this team
The Fulfillment & Inventory Intelligence team is responsible for global strategy, technology and operations that support Omni Channel programs at lululemon. We strive to support guests in getting the product they want, wherever they want, and as fast as they want by driving a seamless optimized fulfillment experience.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Lead evergreen support of RFID in North America stores through partnership with EHC
  • Drive store communications, strategy & execution in partnership with Retail Operations
  • Develop and execute store training plans for new and existing RFID features
  • Drive operational compliance across various KPIs through effective store coaching
  • Elevate the store support model through data-driven decision making
  • Visit store teams and provide coaching/training when needed
  • Represent stores in solution design and testing by providing subject matter expertise as the "store voice" with cross-functional departments including Retail, Technology, and Inventory Control
  • Audit & evaluate initiatives post-implementation through educator-centric feedback and KPIs support and influence content creation, communication and implementation strategy with cross-functional team
qualifications

  • 1 -3 years of professional work experience in relevant capacity (store experience is a plus)
  • Understanding of inventory accuracy and product operations through RFID technology
  • Experience providing coaching and training to support teams
  • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience creating training materials (ex. Documents and video content) is a plus
  • Well organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities vertical retail and/or project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to succinctly and effectively coordinate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and solve complex problems

Compensation and Benefits Package

For Washington Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $59,900 - $78,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
