HOW YOU'LL SLAY
As the Retail People and Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Store Leader to build a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that will bring the Savage x Fenty experience to our IRL locations! As the People and Operations Supervisor, you will work to uphold the values and culture of our organization as you establish and maintain the operational foundation in your store that will support the team and customer experience. You are passionate about developing talent and creating a best-in-class employee environment while delivering an exceptional and one-of-a-kind customer experience. As a leader in our store, you will be integral in building a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both your store team and the Savage x Fenty customer.

  • Work closely with Store Leader on the in-store strategy to recruit, hire, onboard and dynamic store employees with an experience that echoes our brand philosophy and company ethos.
  • Partner with Store Leader to set the store’s service strategy to deliver a dynamic and meaningful customer journey supported by impactful visuals and technology that is elevated by a highly engaged store team.
  • Coach and develop store team to offer an exceptional experience to our guests and VIPs centered around our customer service model.
  • Partner with Store Leader to ensure store staffing and schedule is reflective of all business and operational needs.
  • Partner with Store Leader and Visual Merchandising Supervisor to set the store’s service strategy to deliver a dynamic and meaningful customer journey supported by impactful visuals and technology that is elevated by a highly engaged store team.
  • Set and oversee best practices for managing in-store technology and training.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising Supervisor to maintain accuracy of store inventory.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly financial results by establishing strategic plans in partnership with the Store Leader to achieve successful business outcomes.
  • Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving a culture of business owners who hold themselves accountable to individual and overall performance.
  • Achieve operational excellence by ensuring systems are in place to appropriately manage all day-to-day processes focused on compliance and efficiency.
  • Deliver a best-in-class omni shopping experience to our VIP members and guests centered around inclusivity, innovation, and accessibility.
  • Other related duties as required.
BRING IT!
  • 3-4 years in a high-volume retail environment, One year is a leadership role preferred.
  • A proven track record of culture building and talent development.
  • Ability to identify, nurture, and develop talent in a fast moving and everchanging retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An organizational powerhouse with a strong sense of urgency, stellar time management skills
  • and an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity while leading multiple initiatives.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including working late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays when required.
  • Tech-Savvy or very comfortable with emerging technologies.
  • Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
