Seeking employment in Redwood Falls, MN? A&W Furniture is southern MN's largest furniture store and is thriving. We currently employ approximately 25 employees and are always looking for talented, upbeat, team players to join us! Our store is proudly family owned and operated. A&W Furniture is an upstanding member in the Redwood Falls community, national Furniture First group and holds an "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau. We are currently taking resumes for:

SALES CONSULTANT (Flexible Hours available)
This sales position is available to those who are self motivated, driven to succeed and enjoy working with the public. Design interest is a plus, training is provided. Commissioned sales associates at A&W Furniture earn a consistent average of $20+ per hour. Top sales producers earn over $30 per hour. We are flexible on work hours candidates are looking for. We are open to how many days applicants are willing to work, however, 2-3 Saturdays per month will be required. Benefits include:

Candidates must be willing to work some Saturdays (2-3 per month) and some holidays. The workload of this job depends on the candidate. We prefer sales associates who thrive on challenge, commitment and are eager to earn and learn. Additionally, associates who can handle pressures of sales, work well in a team environment as well as independently will excel on our team. We are looking for individuals who like to set goals, work hard to achieve them and do the work it takes to thrive.The position requires individuals who are self-motivated, adaptable, team players, organized and friendly.
