Full Time Retail Sales and Service Associate - Pro-Staff Team Member

Pay: $18.50 - $21.50+ per hour (Based on Experience and Performance)

We provide up to a $19.50 per hour minimum pay guarantee during your first 3 months so that you have the time to really learn our business, but if your performance exceeds the pay guarantee during the training period, you will earn more than this guarantee. High performing sales associates can earn $21+ per hour.

Training: Maybe your a nerd at heart, a jack of all trades, or the family solutionist, but no prior experience with our products or services is required. We will take care of the training, all you need is a background in customer service and sales and the strong desire to learn. For the first 3-Months, we will provide a dedicated paid training program for this opportunity.

Duties Include:

• Customer Service / Sales
• Greet customers, ask questions, and determine needs
• Look to provide a complete solution
• Operate technology-based Point of Sale system to complete sales transactions
• In bound phone sales / service
• Create Quote/Estimates for tech and repair services
• Assist our technician team with repair and install services as needed
• Function as a team player

• Merchandising / Inventory
• Inventory stock maintenance and management
• Maintain clean and full store appearance
• Build displays, to better market seasonal products
• Prepare store for daily opening and closing

• Qualifications:
• Must be able to work a 40-hour work week that includes weekend availability
• Good listening and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines
• Ability to calculate simple math and percentages
• Strong eyesight and technical aptitude required for various types of repair work we offer
• Valid driver's license and ability to use company vehicle
• Must be able to lift 50 + lbs. to eye level
