JOB TITLE: Sales Associate in our Concord Location

SHIFT: Variable Shift- Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings.

• Evening and weekend availability required for consideration.*

REPORTS TO: Manager in Concord

SUMMARY: Our ideal candidate has awesome customer service and phone skills; works well under holiday pressure; is familiar with computers/POS systems; able to lift 35+ lbs. of product/boxes; takes initiative; and loves chocolate and ice cream!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Opens and closes store to company specifications, as needed
• Building custom boxes of chocolates for customers out of the showcase
• Product awareness to answer questions in a knowledgeable fashion, in the store and on the phone
• Using the register for sales, shipping & other related tasks
• Answering the phone -- answering questions, taking orders
• Scooping ice cream/sundaes/frappes
• Using digital scales
• Packing product to sell based on company standards
• Light cleaning and stocking
• Other tasks as needed for daily store operations

PAY & BENEFITS: Salary is paid on an hourly basis and is negotiable.
