  • At least 18 years old
  • Knowledge of retail hardware products along with a willingness to learn
  • High School diploma; some college preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with retail computer systems/electronic equipment and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
  • Clean and approachable appearance
  • Positive attitude
  • Passion for working with the public and helping customers
  • Availability must be flexible to the needs of the business
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
