Position: Key Holder
Responsibilities:
- Meet personal and store KPIs and sales goals
- Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
- Continually develop personal sales techniques and assist the team in sales techniques to maximize sales
- Ensure all related policies and procedures are maintained
- Continuously motivate the sales team to achieve productivity goals
- Demonstrate fluency in product knowledge and be able to apply it to their team
- Build and maintain repeat clientele by utilizing personal shopper IG and encouraging staff to do the same
- Support and encourage staff to provide the highest level of customer service
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
- Empower self and team to make decisions in the customer's best interest that also support the company philosophy
- Ensure the store is maintained in safety, presentation, and organization in collaboration with the store manager
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized, and reflects the correct visual image at all times
- Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed including bank deposits etc
- Assist in all areas of stock, and shipping, and participate in inventories as required
- Ensure staff is properly trained in all sales and operations
- Participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management and the company
Competitive Hourly Wage based on experience plus generous sales commissions and spiffs.
