Restoration Water Mitigation Supervisor

The Restoration Water Mitigation Supervisor is responsible for working as part of a team to perform emergency services and restoration work while adhering to company policies and procedures regarding remediation. This includes, but is not limited to, supervising crew members and other employees on job sites, but also includes assessing the type and amount of equipment required, planning and executing the setup, monitoring and removal of equipment, utilizing MICA software, DocuSketch tool and completing the correct paperwork according to the specifics of the job.

Job Requirements:

-2+ years of restoration supervisory experience

-Must have a current IICRC certification in WRT

- Strong Customer Service and communication skills

-A good attitude, professional work practices, ability to work with the team and a desire to help people in need
-On-Call rotation schedule with flexibility

-Clean driving record

Must be in good physical health and be able to meet the medical clearance requirements of an OSHA (HAZWOPER) medical surveillance physical examination and drug screening. Able to wear full and half face respirator, and regularly lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
