Restoration Project Manager

We are currently in search of a dedicated and skilled Restoration Project Manager to engage in the managerial and administrative aspects of our large-loss commercial restoration projects. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to partner with Construction Managers to understand the parameters of the work, and then facilitate the work with subcontractors and property owners, supervising and coordinating all elements of each reconstruction job.

Our projects are restoration projects, so we are cleaning up after water/fire/mold events.

This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States.

This is a heavy travel position. Teams generally travel 180+ days out of the year and trips can be up to 90 days at a time as we clean up after catastrophic events.

What you'll do:

• Lead all managerial aspects of our projects, which include estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
• Prepare accurate and complete project estimates and proposals.
• Determine which portions of the job will be produced internally and which will be subcontracted. We have a network that does a lot of the work, so your travel isn't 52 weeks out of the year!
• During any downtime, you have the chance to train and coach teams.
• Enjoy a lot of autonomy!

Required Skills:

• A minimum of a High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project, estimating software, and electronic database documentation
• Related experience in Construction Project Management
• Strong and positive interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with leadership and customers
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask; independently managing multiple projects with firm deadlines
