Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a professional and energetic Business Development Manager to support growth initiatives. The position will be based in their Northridge office and will be responsible for client and market research, growing the Paul Davis Brand both digitally and traditionally, event planning, event attendance, database administration and other sales & marketing objectives. The ideal candidate for this position will be both creative and detail orientated.

Hours/Week: Full-time
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 (Fixed amount + Bonus Pay)

- To promote the services of Paul Davis
- To build industry relationships Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Franchisor Director of Sales & Marketing on quarterly strategy to build brand awareness and meet revenue goals
- Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards
- 3-5+ Years of sales experience, preferably in restoration
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
- Experience working with a CRM preferred
