Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to report to work daily
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Customer Service-Oriented
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Hand-washes & uses dishwasher to clean all dishes and put them all away in their designated spot
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant
- Maintains drains at the restaurant by cleaning and scrubbing them daily
- Maintains the employee area by keeping the employee table clean and throwing away unwanted items
- Responsible for thaw cabinets and their rotations
- Available for minor cleaning tasks in the kitchen
- Maintains trash bins and maintains the box compactor
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures
- Must love to smile & connect with people, make eye contact & speak enthusiastically
- Desires to grow and love our team and encourage them to reach their max potential
- Must have strong people skills
- Self-starter
- Works at an efficient, yet thorough pace
- Organized
