Our culture is second to none.The Restaurant Supervisor's primary function is to assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant. He or she acts as a supervisor to all restaurant/lounge personnel, assisting with guest complaints. Represents management of the restaurant in the absence of Food and Beverage Manager. The Restaurant Supervisor is accountable for ensuring that guest interactions with restaurant personnel are handled properly, and that the experience is a pleasant one for the guest. This is accomplished by overseeing employee/guest interactions and interceding when necessary.
