Our Jimmy John's Sandwich Shop needs an energetic Shift Lead Manager to lead our fast-paced, high energy, no B.S., get-it-done sandwich-making team!

*Restaurant Shift Lead Manager EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED as In-store Restaurant Shift Manager training is provided

*IN-STORE RESTAURANT SHIFT LEAD MANAGER TRAINING includes sandwich making, food prep, bread baking, cleaning and sanitizing procedures, food handling, cash management, inventory, customer service and much more.

*Jimmy John's Shift Lead Managers Are Available To Work Day and Evening Shifts on Weekdays and Weekends

Jimmy John's Restaurant Shift Managers' Responsibilities Are To:

1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service

2. Promote a Friendly, Enthusiastic Vibe in the Restaurant

3. Make Sandwiches Accurately with the Freshest Ingredients

4. Oversee Accuracy of Small and Large Sandwich Orders

5. Bake Bread, Prepare Sauces, Slice Meats and Cheese to Jimmy John's standards

6. Follow and Instruct Restaurant Team Members in Cleaning, Re-stocking and Food Handling Protocols

7. Lead By Example

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
