We are Five Guys Burgers and Fries -- one of the Country's fastest growing franchises. We are now hiring an Experienced General Manager! Starting Base Pay Up To $60K Per Year plus Bonus Potential Up to 20%!
The General Manager is responsible for the supervision of all restaurant operations. The General Manager is responsible for managing shifts, building the business & guest base, running a quality operation with attention to detail, and ensuring employee adherence to standards, policies and procedures.
Ideal candidates will possess the desire to succeed through hard work, the ability to handle multiple tasks and at least 4 to 6 years of previous restaurant management experience.
We are seeking candidates who are team players, exercise good communication skills, have strong people skills, are enthusiastic and quality oriented.
