Job Description - Superintendent - Residential

A Residential Superintendent will perform a wide range of functions in order to assist with projects out in the field. The responsibility of a Residential Superintendent is to lead and manage projects from the start of a project to the completion, work with project managers, manage and track materials, and create great client impressions.

Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Good communication within White Castle & the community
• The ability to listen and understand information without clarification. The Ability to communicate clearly through a variety of channels such as phone, email and in person in order to ensure information is communicated to everyone.

• Reports to the Manager and follow the directives of said Operations Manager

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience with common roof systems like Shingle, EPDM, TPO, Standing Seam and Barn Style
• Capable of reading, interpreting and following blueprints
• Inspect safety and quality for multiple jobs at a time
• Maintain and instruct foreman who lead crews
• Plan and troubleshoot issues on projects
• Coordinates delivery of materials
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Submit daily reports to management

Job Qualifications:

• Driver’s License and clean driving record (required)
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work independently

Education:

• 5 years experience in construction supervisory capacity
• Bilingual (preferred, but not required)
• Associated Degree (required)
• Education in Construction Management (preferred)

Job Type: Salary, exempt

Hours/Days: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays), times will vary
