The Residential New Construction Data Analyst is an integral part of our HVAC Residential New Construction business. This teammate will become a subject matter expert on Del-Air’s reporting systems and play a key role in the tracking, analysis, and reporting of operational data.

This position is a functional and technical resource and works with end users to define requirements, design, and prototype reporting solutions.

Specific Duties & Tasks:

• Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Establishes entry priorities.
• Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
• Resolve deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
• Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
• Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
• Secures information by completing database backups.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Develops strong working knowledge of Del-Air’s organization operating and reporting platforms; manages RNC related data and reports.
• Develops data solutions from multiple data sources / applications, specific to the needs of the RNC business.
• Develops and manages data reporting for internal and external consumers.
• Uploads/submits data as required. Analyzes data as required.
• Analyzes business requirements and process; provides recommendations to management for development and improvement with greater efficiencies related to reporting data.

Qualifications:

• Experience developing reporting solutions/applications.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Applicable military experience will be considered.
• Ability to speak Spanish, preferred.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
