REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors in Human Services or related field, OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of job-related experience working with persons experiencing behavioral health needs
• Valid Driver License
• Ability to drive an organization vehicle
• Act 33/34/73 clearances
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen

SCHEDULE: (This is a non-exempt, hourly position)

Full Time: 37.5 hour work week – Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm.

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Residential Care Advisor provides direct care to seriously and persistently mentally ill young adults ages 18-25 years old. This position is designed to provide individuals quality care by teaching all appropriate living/social skills in order to enhance the individual’s level of independence and helping our person served maintain his/her skill level to possibly move to a less restrictive setting. Some of the duties may include; preparation of meals, nutrition and wellness, physical fitness, administration of medication, assisting with personal hygiene, and transportation to appointments.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
