Job description
A full-time Resident Manager position is available at a West Maui condominium community. Rent free 1B/1BA accommodations are provided. Seeking a professional, friendly individual with strong communication and people-handling skills who is experienced interacting with a wide variety of people including owners, renters, and contractors. Good organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task are critical. Manager will be provided with a cell phone that must remain on at all times and be able to respond to emergency calls 24/7.
Additional requirements include:
- Handy person with level knowledge of electrical/plumbing/carpentry/irrigation/mechanical systems.
- general computer usage including ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- previous site or resident manager experience.
- applicant must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- applicant is required to be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Among other things, duties will consist of:
- perform building and pool maintenance and assist with landscaping.
- ensure a safe environment for owners, guests, and workers.
- oversee and provide direction to contractors.
- common area cleaning.
- touch up painting in the common area.
- enforce house rules and deal with complaints or issues with a customer service-oriented approach.
- perform administrative functions including report writing, ordering supplies, managing parking, handling payables and coding invoices.

Salary Based on Experience: $48,000 - $60,000
