Job Description

• Work involves responsibility for the performance of laboratory tasks, care of live plants, horticultural maintenance of the living lab area surrounding the greenhouse complex, and the care of greenhouse equipment and supplies
• Place germination tests in different growth environments
• Follow company safety policies, protocols, and procedures and ensure a safe working environment for self and team members
• Assist in the planning and execution of greenhouse experiments related to corn and soybean growth and development.
• Monitor and record plant growth, development, and health.
• Conduct experiments on plant nutrition, water usage, and disease resistance.
• Collect and analyze data and present findings to the research team.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
• Someone with lab experience and a quick learner
• Experience working in a fast paced environment/laboratory environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
