What you will be doing

Under general direction of the Manager – Business Analysis, supports the Strategic National and Field sales organization by developing and generating customer and sales reports as well as all data requests as directed by the Director and Manager of Business Analysis.
  • Responsible for developing and generating reports such as month end, ad hoc, rebate, and administration reports; requires the utilization of multiple systems and the consolidation of data from various sources.
  • Responsible for generating customer requested ad hoc reports.
  • Conducts data analysis and data research; ensures accuracy of data being reported.
  • Responsible for providing business review data that is not available in sales assets tool.
  • Works closely with sales team on the execution of the strategic account customer report needs.
What your background should look like
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Normally requires a minimum of two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Power Point with proficiency specifically with Excel, Access and BOBJ reporting platform.
2. Experience with Business Objects or other report writing tool preferred
3. Knowledge of SAP systems preferred
4. Understands sales trends and operating assumptions
5. Superior analytical skills with attention to detail
6. Excellent organizational skills
7. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
8. Excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills
9. Ability to work well within a team environment
10. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
11. Ability to develop and maintain documentation
12. Willing to help co-workers when needed and positively responds to cross training.

  • This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
