Booking and Assisting our customers staff when they travel (hotels and transport) and organize meetings
Provide helpful information, answering questions, and responding to requests
Support clients / customers in day of operation
Ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features

Proficient in Microsoft office tools (ie: excel, powerpoint, word)
Proficient in Computer Use (navigating various websites, and use of email and basic software systems)
Interpersonal skills for communication (internal and external)
Ability to make decisions independently
Ability to multi task
Ability to work in a multicultural team
