SteadyMD has partnered with a modern mental health practice provider that provides virtual therapy for individuals and couples (ages 18+). We are looking for Texas licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) to provide high quality behavioral telehealth care.

This is a Part-time, salaried role that pays $60,000/year and includes benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled virtual/remote therapy visits for individuals or couples, ages 18+
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to treatment consistent with health/mental health integration and responsive to personal factors in treatment engagement
• Develop rapport and sustain therapeutic relationships
• Provide culturally reflective services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, sexuality, age, and gender
• Cultivate an environment of trust and compassion between patients and providers
• Collaborate with other SteadyMD clinicians

Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
• Must be licensed in the state of Texas as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Expectation for 22 clinical hours per week with 3 hours for charting
• 2+ years of post licensure experience, with at least 1 year of experience providing therapy via telehealth
• Have not been paneled with Aetna in the past 36 months
• Demonstrated experience with diverse populations receiving mental health treatment
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practice; experience with mindfulness-based approaches highly preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
