Huron Law Group, an established national debt defense law firm focused on providing cost-effective legal representation to consumers, seeks a Remote Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the support services provided by the network of attorneys, communication with servicing partners, and management of non-attorney staff.

Essential Responsibilities and Objectives

· Oversee day to day operations of support services provided by network of attorneys

· Oversee growth and development of department functions, staffing, and efficiencies

· Oversee recruiting, training, and onboarding of new employees and contractors

· Collaborate with servicing partner(s) on a regular basis to ensure service expectations are met

· Communicate and collaborate with Attorney Network Manager(s) regarding attorney performance and support needs

· Forecast staffing needs and expenses

· Manage, maintain, and report on attorney performance

· Manage Department Time and Attendance

· Develop, coach, and hold accountable the operational staff

· Encourage and cultivate a high level of customer service and company culture

· Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Manage direct reports in operations. Responsible for hiring and exiting departmental employees.

Job Requirements

Language Ability:

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format at a high level
  • Effectively present information in on-on-one and group situations to clients, business partners, and other employees of the organization.

Math Ability

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook
  • Advanced operation and reporting knowledge of both phone system and CRM (Client Relationship Management) software

Physical Ability

  • Able to sit at and work on a computer for periods of time and able to lift 10 Lbs.
  • Ability to speak, hear and see for the assigned work day

Education and Experience

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in Customer Service or Operation Management

PREFERRED: Management experience in a Law Firm or Legal Service
