Job Title: Customer Success Manager (CyberSecurity)
Salary: Base around $100k + $20k bonus = $120k total comp, 100% covered healthcare, unlimited PTO, 401k
Requirements: 2+ Years or CSM in CyberSecurity
Based in the Bay Area, we are a rapid growth security start up!
We re proud to have won 2021 Best Places to Work and 3 separate cyber security awards.
Our Founders are two ex-Cisco engineers with an idea.
Within 1 year almost every Fortune 100 company in the country was using it, we closed LinkedIn as a paid-subscriber, and we closed our Series B.
Since then we've hired 50 people and added some HUGE clients, such as Roblox, Zoom, Uber, Robinhood, Wayfair, Bank of America and Booking,com.
Our product scours the internet by searching 3 million+ domains per day for fraudulent brand-imitators, then takes down over 90% of them within 24 hours.
We just closed another funding round for $32MM and are working with the ZScaler Advisor who scaled them to a billion dollar company.
Due to growth, we are looking for a Remove Mid Market CSM with 2+ years of experience and a background in cyber security/information security.
You will be covering around 60 accounts with a book of business between $1.5-$2MM.
Your accounts will be 80-90% mid market with the occasional enterprise account.
You have a $20k variable based off of retention.
You will not be responsible for up selling and cross selling, however we ask that you identify those opportunities and kick them off to an AE.
