Reliability Engineer
Bishop, TX

• Pay Rate: BOE
• Role starting April 2023.
• PTO, Benefits, and 401(k).
• Contracted role expected to last at least 4 months.
• Potential for Hybrid role with at least 3 days needed in office.

Audubon is currently seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team working onsite at a client's plant in Bishop, TX. The Reliability Engineer will assist with Mechanical Integrity and Reliability onsite.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Areas of Responsibility will include:

• Developing and managing equipment maintenance plans for area equipment.
• Tracking and analyzing reliability data on Critical Equipment.
• Developing Maintenance Strategies for equipment.
• Identifying and defining reliability improvements for daily maintenance as well as projects.
• Tracking, managing, and analyzing area asset reliability data.
• Conducting daily job site inspections and walkthroughs.
• Identifying and scoping potential reliability improvement projects.
• Providing input to weekly maintenance schedules.
• Assisting with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Participating in safety programs and initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the position:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering highly preferred or a related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years' Maintenance/Engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing environment or other manufacturing environments may be considered.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Knowledge of a maintenance scheduling tool.
• Understanding of industry design, repair standards and maintenance practices.
