We are currently seeking an RN for a Residential Care Facility.

This nursing management position is responsible for the personal care services provided by the community staff to residents, the health assessment and service planning for all the community’s residents (48 total beds) and care coordination for residents’ health needs from vendors. As the RN Director you will lead a staff of paraprofessionals through supervision, education and support.

Ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse who can demonstrate evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience. 3 – 5 years’ nursing experience in senior housing/assisted living is required, along with previous nursing management experience.

Rules: OAR 411-054 & OAR 411-057 as well as nurse delegation rules.
