We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, located at our inpatient rehabilitation facility near Santa Ana, California

Hourly Compensation Range: $45 - $58 DOE

Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Schedule:

• These are full-time, 12-hour shift positions for either day shift, 7a-7:30p or night shift, 7p-7:30a.
• Every other weekend work is required.

Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Description:

• Rehabilitation Registered Nurse will work closely with patients who are recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries that have affected their physical or mental abilities
• Providing direct patient care to inpatients
• Supervising care, treatment and services of patient care provided by LPNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on assigned unit and shift
• Assessing and reassessing of patients
• Communicating appropriate information with the interdisciplinary team
• Reporting patient concerns and changes in condition to supervisor and/or physician in a timely manner
• Creating a plan of care that is individualize to patient needs and is reflective of patient goals

Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Current California RN licensure is required.
• Active CPR certification is required. (American Heart Association approved)
• One year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• CPPR Certification preferred
