Job description
UP TO $3,500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME/PART TIME (prorated for part-time) for 3PM-11PM evening shift!
RN SALARY RANGE: $32 - $42 per hour!
LPN SALARY RANGE: $30 - $40 per hour!

Requirements for RN/LPN:
- Must possess valid unencumbered, RN or LPN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Job Duties for RN/LPN:
- Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
- Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
- Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
- Maintain safety of residents.
- Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
