Experience:

• 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

• 18 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Candidates must live at least 100 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Approval of time off? Can approve up to 7 days, traveler must extend contract 1 week for every week that is missed. No RTO during the Sturgis Bike Rally – first 3 weeks in August each year

if trained in all then may be floated to ER, MS, &/or ICU

Required Education:

Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing

Skills required:

Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? Only with 2 other traveling assignments

Will you accept a first-time traveler? Only with 2+ years of experience

General ED experience, critical care experience for ICU holds, Trauma experience

Comfortability to work all care areas to include ED, ICU and Med Surg
