BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

5 years of relevant experience with specialty program in an acute care setting.

Must have sufficient ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• OCN within 2 years
• Use knowledge of human growth and development to modify services to the age and development stage of the patient
• Responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice for Oncology/Medical Intermediate Care Unit and managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment
• Assists physician bed side procedures and Draws blood from venous lines
• Administering and monitor chemotherapy
• Prepare exam rooms for procedures using proper sterile field techniques
• Assess patients pre-procedure
• Maintain proper documentation, chart patient histories and physicals, including appropriate documentation of medical records
• Your responsibilities will include vascular access for administration of IV medications

Pay Range: 80.5-106.26

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80.50 - $106.26 per hour
