Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager for a full-time position which will report into our Administrative office near Butler, PA.
The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager is a licensed health care professional that supervises and coordinates staff to ensure provision of quality patient care and effective team performance to meet agency goals in accordance with philosophy, policies, mission and vision.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE REGISTERED NURSE CLINICAL MANAGER:
- Registered nurse with a current valid Pennsylvania license with a current valid Pennsylvania license. BSN recommended.
- Two [2] years home health experience with roles reflective of progressive responsibility, including supervision in home health.
- Knowledge base of agency policies, federal and state regulations and third-party payers
- Exhibits strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Evidence of leadership activities
- Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state
- Experienced with computers and electronic health record software/documentation.
