Responsibilities for this job will include:

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments
• Basic patient care and treatment
• Participates in staff meetings
• Meets with patients and family members to help individualize plan of care to meet their needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $40.00 - $43.50 per hour
