Oxbow Primary Care

Our practice is housed in Cooley Dickinson's multispecialty medical facility located at 15 Atwood Drive, Suite 201 in Northampton, MA. As a Family Medicine office, Oxbow offers comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults. With providers who have pursued specialties in addition to board certifications in Family Medicine, the practice has additional expertise in prenatal care, obstetrics and birth, pediatrics, and LGBTQ care.

Role Overview

We are seeking full-time, 40-hour RNs to support the Oxbow practice onsite, Monday through Friday. We are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, so schedules are staggered accordingly. Dedicated to phone triage, the Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns, appointments, pre and post procedures, urgent care, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required
• Current Massachusetts licensure as an RN required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• RN Phone Triage experience strongly preferred
• Family Medicine/Primary Care Nursing experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.09 - $52.03 per hour
