KCT treats our clients holistically, providing ABA therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health services and school services in the Brownsburg, Crawfordsville, and Zionsville area. We are looking for exceptional candidates for our ABA operations who:

We are looking for entry level RBTs to walk alongside our clients and help them grow to their full potential! What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing individual and group ABA intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Implementation of treatment and behavior plans under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
  • Guide skill acquisition and behavior management in clinic and classroom settings for assigned clients
  • Complete, accurate, real-time data collection via various documentation mediums - progress notes, behavior tracking, parent communication logs, etc.
  • Participate in ongoing training, staff development, and continuing education for professional growth

Requirements:

What we’re looking for:


A heart to SERVE, dependability and and an affinity for our special needs kiddos!

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience working with children. Special needs experience is a plus!
  • High School graduate or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years with the same employer
