Job description
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Registered Behavior Technician certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- With experience, agency will allow 30-days to complete the 40-hr. RBT course and certification within the first six months of employment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep patient information confidential.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and advanced computer knowledge.
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Three references required.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of behavior plans.
- Collects skill acquisition and behavior reduction data.
- Maintain client clinical session notes.
- Provides behavior support inside and outside of the home or classroom.
- Works closely with BCBA to provide effective treatment.
This position is part-time with the ability to move to full-time. We offer competitive compensation and benefits. Health benefits are available after a 60-day waiting period. Paid time off accrual, paid federal holidays, and overtime offered. Oversight and support available for RBT’s. Pay differential for those holding certification or once certification is complete.
