Position Type: Full-time, 37.5 hour workweek, Monday through Friday.


What to Expect:
TCV is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible person to fill our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role in Monroeville, PA. In school based services department, we provide a continuum of behavioral health care for children, adolescents, and their families that include assessment, treatment, referral and school-based prevention and referrals. All services are family focused and are provided in the office, schools, home or other community settings.


As a RBT you will provide strength based, positive behavior strategies and wellness coaching for students in the assigned school district. Serving as a member of our School-Based Services Program, the RBT position is designed to:


  • Assist in conducting functional behavioral assessments and PBSPs.
  • Work in a dynamic school environment with other professionals and amazing students.
  • Implement empirically validated and data driven treatment protocols.

  • Must have a high school diploma.
  • Must hold a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Certification.
  • Must have a minimum of one years' experience with children or adolescents with behavioral concerns.
  • Must have a current valid PA Class I driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle required.
  • Act 33 and 34 clearances, Department of Education Fingerprints and Department of Public Welfare Fingerprints both required.
  • Devereux/TCV requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen®, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
