Eaton’s ESSG EESSD Electrical Engrg Svcs Systems Div division is currently seeking a Regional Projects Supervisor - Central & Southeast. EESS provides a unique capability when you are faced with a major capital project or expansion of your electrical power system, providing technical and professional experts on utility and industrial power systems, provides a vast resource from which to draw on in staffing your project.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $116250.03 - $170500.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:
Our Project Operations Business has an opening for a Project Operations Team Manager (Turnkey Focus). This position is a hybrid role which can be based out of Smyrna, GA; Deerfield Beach, FL; Glendale Hts, Il; Lenexa, KS; Charlotte, NC; Fenton, MO; Southfield, MI; Chanhassen, MN; Raleigh, NC; West Chester, OH; Parma, OH; Westerville, OH; Nashville,. TN; Grapevine, TX; or Menomonee Falls, WI.
In this function you will:
- Manager for the PM’s, CM’s and Project Coordinator or Project Costing Engineer for Turnkey, Design Build, Power Distribution systems focused projects.
- Manages & maintains the project contracts between Eaton and its customers.
- Manages and communicates the scope of work & responsibilities between Eaton’s customers, Eaton’s employees, & Eaton’s suppliers / sub-contractors
- Establishes, and manages the contract(s) between Eaton and its vendors & subcontractors
- Plans, establishes, maintains, and regularly updates a project schedule on PM, CM and Project Coordinator or Project Costing Engineer assigned projects
- Manages communication and distributes documentation between Eaton and its customers
- Manages communication and distributes documentation between the Director of Project Services and other Eaton teams on assigned projects.
- Monitors, reports, and controls costs on assigned projects within estimated project margin
- Reports, forecasts, and presents project financial activity to Eaton’s management
- Prepares, distributes, and follows through with project safety and quality plans.
- Responsible for financial performance of projects including: profitability, project revenue, and cash flow
- Responsible for counseling, training, and motivating individuals.
- Recognized as the expert and mentor among the project managers, construction managers and Project Coordinator or Project Costing Engineer
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 yrs of experience working as a Project Manager on turnkey projects with focus on power distribution equipment and power systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution or equivalent military and field experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing/servicing electrical projects
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing field service engineers/technicians/project managers
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Ability to travel within the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power Distribution equipment and the application in turnkey engineering design and construction projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience writing proposals for multiple customer markets.
- Experience with various contract types/vehicles
- Professional Engineering License, General Contractors License or Electrical Contractor License

- Use of modern project management tools and techniques to design and execute projects related to the engineering, procurement, and construction of electrical power system modifications.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Adept at successful project execution
- Strong experience to deliver technical solutions to customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to be flexible to adjust to changing project conditions.

- Capable of presenting and training a team of professionals.
