Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty, a real estate brokerage firm, is seeking a full-time Agent Service Coordinator/Regional Marketing Coordinator.

Primary role of Agent Services Coordinator & Regional Marketing Coordinator - Michigan Operations

Acts as the front line of the company in assisting agents and customers. Serves as a liaison between the agents and customers; establishes effective administrative and marketing communications between all members of the office and customers. Manages office and region management through a variety of tasks with marketing, customer service and care. Above extraordinary professionalism with outgoing personality.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as the “face of the company”, front line of the company
    • Greets customers as they enter the office, call into the office, or any other communications/visits with the office as assigned
    • Presents a professional image to any current or potential agents and customers
    • Answers telephones, emails and any other form of communication for the company as assigned
  • Serves as a liaison between agents and customers
    • Actively seeks out how to support agents in achieving success in their real estate business
  • Manages office management through variety of tasks with customer service and care
    • General office maintenance such as cleaning, ordering supplies, maintenance of office equipment
    • Maintain communication with Accounts Payable on all invoices received
  • Maintains files for real estate office
    • Creates, updates and maintains all New Listings, Price Changes, Extensions, Under Contracts, Sold properties, etc. in all real estate programs and websites for agents; self-audit for accuracy
    • Maintains floor schedules as assigned
  • Communicates marketing initiatives to the region with the direction of the company Marketing Group
    • Collaborating on digital media campaigns that align with our initiatives and business goals set forth by the marketing team
    • Suggest and implement direct marketing/print marketing methods to achieve agent or office goals
    • Templated design skills to deliver exceptional assets
    • Liaise with the entire Marketing Group
    • Assist with trainings and agent relations within the office and company
  • Assists the Sales Manager with a variety of office duties including recruiting; may assist other departments as necessary

  • Physical requirements involve sitting to perform general office work at a computer, and mobility throughout an office to light maintenance work

  • Ability to learn new skills rapidly and accurately and attend all company provided training both virtually and in-person as invited
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Computer skills - basic (typing, basic spreadsheets, emails, and using real estate software systems)
  • Computer skills – real estate
    • Understanding of all corporate and company proprietary technology
    • Ability to train agents on technology including but not limited to one-on-one training, lunch-n-learns
  • Must be able to work all full-time hours (40 hours per week) as required; flexibility must include nights, holidays and weekends as necessary or needed; travel is a possibility throughout the state of Michigan

Requirements:

This position requires organizational skills, outstanding interpersonal skills and superior customer service, the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment and a willingness to take on new challenges. Preferred candidates will have:

  • High school diploma required; college preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; G-Suite software
