Job Summary : The Regional Head Coach is responsible for providing ongoing support to the Fitness Coaches within their assigned regions. The Regional Head Coach will develop OTFC approved training modules to strengthen the management, organizational, and coaching skills of all Fitness Coaches, resulting in skilled OTF coaches, increased memberships, and improved member retention. The Regional Head Coach will assist assigned regions in their recruiting efforts and develop audits to rate studio and trainer performance tracking. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three years’ of personal training or group training experience with fitness certification
• Current personal training or primary group exercise instructor certification from one of the following nationally accredited certification programs: ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NSCA, NCSF
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• Experience training individuals through functional training techniques
• Experience in a group exercise training setting, preferred
